Shipping charges can be checked prior to purchase on the view order page. If shipping address is outside of the UK please remember to amend your destination using the dropdown menu. Problems with an order

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we will try to rectify any problems as quickly as possible. If there is an issue with your order please contact us using the form above, remembering to include your order or invoice number in the subject line. We have the same team in place to answer both the form/email and telephone enquiries so we ask that you please contact us using only one of these methods to avoid any delays caused by duplicating problems.

We reply to all our emails

Whether you are emailing about an order, or have a general enquiry, you will receive a response from us. We aim to answer all emails within the same day that we receive them, but this may take longer if we are experiencing a large number or enquiries. For an email (or ongoing emails) relating to an order, please enter the order or invoice number in the subject line, taking care to enter your correct email address so that we can contact you quickly.

Due to our swift approach to shipping, emails relating to an existing order will be the first ones brought to our attention. That said, we are here to help and will try to answer any questions you have, though more lengthy emails or emails regarding a number of questions may take us a little longer.
